A company is looking for an Associate Editor to support the editorial team behind a longevity and lifestyle newsletter.

Key Responsibilities

• Support editorial flow by fact-checking, copyediting, and assisting in content uploads and QA
• Manage editorial trackers, contributor databases, and assist in campaign production
• Source credible studies and curate stories aligned with the company's wellness coverage

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of professional editorial experience in digital publishing or content production
• Proven writing and editing skills with adaptability to the company's editorial voice
• Minimum one (1) year experience with editorial workflows and tools like WordPress and Airtable
• Minimum one (1) year experience using AI tools for editorial tasks
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
