Job Summary

Supporting the editorial team with story development and publication, the full-time remote Associate Editor will edit articles, build content in the CMS, and collaborate with freelance writers to ensure timely delivery of newsletters across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Edit articles for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial standards
• Build and program content in the CMS and email campaign tools
• Work with freelance writers on drafts and contribute story ideas across multiple brands

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, creative writing, or a related field
• Strong writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A clear sense of what makes a story work for an audience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to remote collaboration
