Job Summary
Joining the Clinical Communications team, the full-time Associate Editor will manage the development of high-quality educational content for healthcare professionals, including slide decks, video scripts, and publications, while ensuring scientific accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct subject matter research and generate preliminary content using AI tools for educational materials
- Review and fact-check content for accuracy and alignment with project outlines, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities to meet team objectives and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong scientific writing and editing skills with a focus on clinical and medical content
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical promotional review processes and FDA regulations
- Experience with InCopy, slide formatting, and video production workflows
- Proficiency in using AI tools for research and content drafting to enhance editorial efficiency
