Associate eLearning Developer

Job Summary

To support the dynamic eLearning Production team, the full-time Associate eLearning Developer will design, produce, and maintain high-quality eLearning courses and related content remotely, utilizing various design tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize design software to sync audio with visuals, edit course content, and publish eLearning materials
• Manage the Request for Files queue and coordinate audio production activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials
• Conduct quality assurance testing and communicate issues, proposing solutions to improve processes and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
• Strong aptitude for quickly learning new software and tools
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
