Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Enablement Manager, GTM Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all onboarding sessions and events
  • Manage onboarding materials and track new-hire checklist items
  • Serve as the main communication hub for onboarding and coordinate social elements to integrate new hires into the company culture
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of work experience in HR administration, operations, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfort with administrative systems and basic proficiency with productivity tools
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing schedules and varied tasks
  • Experience or interest in event planning or cross-functional collaboration is a bonus
