Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Enablement Manager, GTM Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage all onboarding sessions and events
- Manage onboarding materials and track new-hire checklist items
- Serve as the main communication hub for onboarding and coordinate social elements to integrate new hires into the company culture
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of work experience in HR administration, operations, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfort with administrative systems and basic proficiency with productivity tools
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing schedules and varied tasks
- Experience or interest in event planning or cross-functional collaboration is a bonus
