Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Enablement Manager, SDR.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the SDR onboarding experience to enhance productivity
• Deliver coaching and training to SDRs on prospecting and messaging
• Create and manage SDR playbooks and content for effective outreach

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in SDR Enablement, SDR Management, or a Senior SDR role in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of SDR motions and qualification frameworks
• Proven success in improving SDR performance through coaching and training
• Experience collaborating with SDR, Marketing, and Product teams
• Familiarity with SDR tools and sales methodologies is a plus
