Associate Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Driving the utilization of BioCatch's Behavioral Biometric solution, the full-time Associate Engagement Manager will manage a portfolio of customers, define strategic directions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive business outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risks to the efficacy of the BioCatch solution for strategic customers
• Serve as a single point of contact for consulting, incident reporting, and escalation, collaborating with various internal teams
• Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to customer business owners, reviewing achievements and planning future projects

Required qualifications

• 2 years of post-sales account management or program management experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or quantitative discipline; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education
• Experience with automation processes and AI optimization
• Familiarity with tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power Automate is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
