Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Engagement Manager responsible for managing the deployment of ServiceNow solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for ServiceNow client engagements
  • Manage project resources, schedules, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement
  • Identify opportunities for additional client value and support continuous improvement of service offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience or training in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in client software implementation projects
  • Experience working on ServiceNow projects preferred
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification is preferred
