Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Engagement Manager responsible for managing the deployment of ServiceNow solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for ServiceNow client engagements
- Manage project resources, schedules, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement
- Identify opportunities for additional client value and support continuous improvement of service offerings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience or training in project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in client software implementation projects
- Experience working on ServiceNow projects preferred
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification is preferred
