Associate Engagement Manager
Job Summary
To support the growth of client accounts, the remote Associate Engagement Manager will enhance market share through competitive analysis, develop new service lines, and maintain strong client relationships while leveraging over 11 years of experience in the BPM industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Enhance market share by conducting market development and competitive analysis
- Open diverse service lines within existing accounts and prepare proposals and SOWs
- Identify opportunities across client organizations to expand service offerings
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- 11+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management within the BPM industry
- Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry and business processes
- Experience in selling BPM services and solutions to F&A clients
- Ability to display initiative and work in a dynamic environment
