Job Summary
Supporting utility energy efficiency programs remotely, the full-time Associate Engineer will analyze program data, develop methodologies for energy savings calculations, and produce reports based on engineering findings.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze energy efficiency program data using Excel and other tools
- Evaluate and develop methodologies to determine energy savings for various efficiency technologies and programs
- Conduct on-site verification of energy efficiency measures and produce high-quality reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in engineering, physics, environmental sciences, or a related field
- Completed coursework or professional experience related to energy efficiency or sustainability
- Understanding of engineering principles underlying building energy use
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Python
- Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance skills
