Associate Engineer, Cloud Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Engineer in the Operations Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer environments, handling alerts, incidents, and service requests
• Execute operational tasks such as monitoring service health, troubleshooting access issues, and deploying system updates
• Identify opportunities for automation and participate in after-hours on-call rotation

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in enterprise scale Linux Administration
• 1-2 years of hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Technical knowledge in supporting and troubleshooting cloud applications and infrastructure
• Cloud Certification in AWS or GCP is required
• Must be eligible to support FedRAMP (US Citizenship)
