Associate Engineer for Microsoft 365

Job Summary

To support Microsoft 365 engagements, the full-time Associate Engineer for Microsoft 365 solutions will perform administrative tasks, assist with customer projects, and document technical findings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 customer environments through assigned engineering tasks and ticket-based work
• Assist Engineers with customer engagements, project activities, and implementation support
• Document technical findings and follow delivery standards and procedures

Required qualifications

• At least one year of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in an administrative or support role
• Interest in developing skills in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
• Ability to follow documented procedures and troubleshooting steps
• Awareness of Microsoft 365 security concepts such as MFA and Conditional Access
• Exposure to PowerShell or willingness to learn basic scripting
