Job Summary

Offering a fully remote opportunity, the Associate Facility Manager will manage repair and maintenance work orders, source vendors nationwide, and ensure timely job completion while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Accept and oversee R&M work orders from assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are maintained
  • Source vendors and obtain pricing and quotes for necessary repairs, facilitating client approvals as needed
  • Update and manage work order details throughout the job lifecycle in the work order management system
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in Customer Service or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a Work Management System
  • Experience in facilities or property management
  • Preferred: 2 years of retail facilities management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
