Job Summary
To drive brand differentiation and enhance marketing strategies, the full-time remote Associate Field Medical Marketing Director will manage field intelligence, oversee marketing campaigns, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and patients to gather insights that inform brand strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Partners in brand strategy development and manages end-to-end execution of Advisory Board sessions
- Oversees marketing campaigns and serves as a liaison to sales teams, ensuring alignment with brand initiatives
- Develops engagement plans for KOLs and patients, securing participation in events and synthesizing insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in marketing, business, health policy, scientific, or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience preferred
- Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to solve complex problems in pharmaceutical/biotech marketing
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environments in pharmaceutical promotions
- Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships within medical, legal, and marketing teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining strategic alignment for commercial success
