Associate Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Financial Analyst who will support the Finance Department in budgeting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage budgets for grant proposals and awarded contracts
• Support financial modeling and provide timely data to the finance team
• Update and maintain internal data-tracking reports and KPI metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus
• Understanding of general ledger functions and accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
