Associate Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Financial Planning department, the full-time Associate Financial Analyst will be responsible for researching, compiling, and analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, completing the annual budget process, and assisting with monthly reconciliations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze various data sources to enhance reporting capabilities
• Complete the annual budget process and standard monthly variance reporting
• Provide cost accounting support and assist with ad hoc requests for internal and external partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to develop reporting tools and dashboards
• Preferred experience with Power BI application
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
