Associate Financial Planner

Job Summary

Supporting senior lead planners in a full-time remote capacity, the Associate Financial Planner will engage in mentorship, analyze financial data for strategic opportunities, and ensure proactive member care while enhancing their skills in a dynamic financial planning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard personal members with guidance from senior planners and participate in active planning sessions
• Analyze financial inputs to identify opportunities and develop actionable financial strategies
• Serve as the primary contact for members during lead planners' absence, addressing inquiries and maintaining relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in financial planning or a related field
• CFP designation or actively pursuing it, with completion of the CFP exam and experience requirement within 6 months
• 0-2 years of experience in financial services, customer success, or a startup environment
• Exceptional collaboration skills in a tech-enabled setting
