Associate Fleet Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Fleet Manager to manage client fleet programs and support operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational activities including vehicle ordering, compliance management, and reporting
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and prepare fleet performance reports
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to resolve operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct fleet management experience required
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in client success or fleet operations support
• Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and fleet management systems preferred
• CAFS certification is required or must be obtained within 12-18 months of hire
• Foundational knowledge of fleet management principles and industry practices
