Associate Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Forward Deployed Engineer will contribute to client-facing AI solution delivery, own internal AI use cases, and build technical craft while collaborating with senior engineers across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to client-facing solution delivery by building and testing components of custom AI systems and participating in client sessions throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Own internal AI use cases by identifying opportunities, scoping, building, and presenting high-impact solutions end-to-end
• Build technical craft by writing clean code, learning delivery standards, and developing fluency with LLM integration and cloud deployment

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated ability through internships or personal projects
• Strong programming skills in Python, with familiarity in JavaScript/TypeScript or Go as a plus
• Working exposure to modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and version control/CI workflows
• Evidence of shipping a working system, tool, or model that others have used
• High ownership instinct, demonstrating the ability to finish tasks and seek help proactively
