Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel - Commercial and Product in Seattle, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex data in-licenses and customer sales deals
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring products and features to customers
Develop practical solutions to advance business deals and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of attorney experience, with 2+ years at a top-tier law firm and 5+ years in-house at a technology company in sales-side commercial transactions
Technical background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
JD degree from a top-tier law school and active membership in at least one US state bar
Experience working on complex sales deals
Preferably located in the Pacific time zone
