Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance with licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including franchise and pole attachment agreements
• Manage disputes related to fiber build and telecommunications services

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10+ years of legal experience in the telecommunications industry or a closely related field
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications law, including regulatory and transactional matters
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating real estate and procurement contracts
• Strong experience in dispute resolution and developing creative compromises
