Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Director - Hyperscale Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for hyperscale customer negotiations, including leases and service agreements
• Collaborate with various departments to structure and negotiate transactions aligned with business objectives
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
• Six or more years of experience in contract negotiation, real estate, lease negotiation, and/or corporate law
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
