Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal guidance on employment, contracts, compliance, privacy, and dispute resolution
• Collaborate with executive leadership to influence business strategy and risk decisions
• Support the legal function in a fast-paced, omnichannel retail environment

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• 5-8 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a top-tier law firm
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employment, contract, corporate, and privacy law
• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and managing complex litigation
