Providing legal guidance and support, the full-time Associate General Counsel will manage a variety of legal matters and ensure compliance in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract negotiation
