Job Summary
Providing legal counsel for designated functional areas, the full-time Associate General Counsel will advise management on corporate and business issues, ensure legal compliance across various departments, and support contract negotiations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as counsel for assigned departments, providing legal advice and guidance on corporate matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
- Draft, negotiate, and interpret commercial contracts, including software licensing and professional services agreements
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- US Law Degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Public Sector experience is required
- Technology Industry experience is preferred
