Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal and regulatory issues for product and feature launches
• Structure, draft, and negotiate strategic partnership agreements
• Manage intellectual property strategy and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience at a top law firm and/or in-house legal team
• Strong negotiation capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
• Experience with financial services and/or digital asset laws and regulations (preferred)
• Familiarity with digital assets, NFTs, and digital asset or NFT applications and interfaces (preferred)
