Associate General Counsel - AL Licensed

Job Summary

Seeking an Associate General Counsel - AL Licensed to work full-time in a remote capacity, the attorney will manage a variety of legal matters, provide practical legal analysis, and support internal stakeholders while helping to build repeatable legal processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary legal contact for various departments, providing guidance on recurring legal questions
• Review and advise on customer agreements, vendor contracts, and compliance obligations, ensuring legal standards are met
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures, while coordinating with outside counsel on specialized legal matters

Required qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly in technology, SaaS, or public-sector environments
• Strong generalist legal judgment across commercial contracts, privacy, and employment matters
• Experience with government contracting, public-sector procurement, and RFP processes
• Familiarity with legal workflows and tools such as Ironclad or Salesforce
