Support data privacy and data security programs, and develop and maintain policies and procedures
Negotiate and review technology agreements, including SaaS agreements and software licenses
Provide legal guidance on compliance matters related to data privacy and data security

Qualifications:

JD degree from an accredited law school
Minimum of 7+ years of legal experience
Extensive experience in technology agreements and transactions
Knowledge of federal, state, and global data privacy and security laws
Preferred experience in the restaurant and retail industries
