Associate General Counsel (Healthcare)

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing healthtech company, the full-time Associate General Counsel (Healthcare) will manage a variety of complex legal matters, partner with leadership, and drive customer contracting and compliance efforts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner, leveraging legal expertise to advance business interests and streamline operations
• Collaborate with the Head of Legal to oversee all legal needs, including automating customer contracting processes
• Act as Product Counsel, guiding engineering and product teams in a highly regulated environment while enhancing legal workflows

Required qualifications

• Bar-admitted attorney with healthcare experience, either in BigLaw or in-house
• Proven ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing high-volume legal work with shifting priorities
• Strong business acumen with a focus on blending legal rigor and strategic collaboration
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to create scalable processes in ambiguous situations
