Associate General Counsel I

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Associate General Counsel I for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance on regulatory and industry developments
• Support a specified market, department, legal function, and/or affiliate/subsidiary
• Interact with management team and external representatives

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited college/university
• Five years of legal, regulatory, or compliance experience
• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care law preferred
• Current, unrestricted Attorney license
