Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel III - Employment (Benefits).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance on benefit plan design, implementation, and compliance
• Draft and review benefit plan documents, forms, and communications
• Provide legal support for benefits-related efforts and executive compensation

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. and license to practice in Missouri or equivalent state
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive attorney experience in relevant practice area
• Extensive knowledge of relevant legal area and regulatory environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex legal matters
• Experience in employment-related matters
