• Define and oversee global contracting frameworks and develop scalable contract operations practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience negotiating complex technology and commercial agreements
• Demonstrated ability to build or scale contracting programs
• Bar admission in good standing (NY or CA preferred)
• Prior leadership experience of commercial attorneys or contract managers
• Ability to operate with a global mindset
