Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Global Head of Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee a global privacy program aligned with various privacy regulations
• Establish and lead privacy governance structures and accountability frameworks across the organization
• Serve as the senior privacy advisor to cross-functional teams and manage regulatory inquiries and audits

Required Qualifications

• J.D. required, admitted to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 15+ years of legal experience, with 10+ years focused on privacy and data protection
• Significant in-house experience at a large multinational or regulated company
• Deep familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global privacy regimes
• Experience building and managing a global legal or privacy team
