Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Privacy & Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global privacy and product legal strategy, including compliance programs and documentation
• Manage and develop a team of privacy and product counsel, prioritizing workload and building a high-output legal function
• Advise on AI-powered features and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including 3 years in-house at a technology company
• Experience managing and developing legal teams
• Deep expertise in global privacy law, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Hands-on experience with privacy compliance programs in a technology environment
