Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle regulatory inquiries and investigations, representing the company before regulators
• Develop and implement internal and external policies related to regulatory compliance
• Provide legal counsel on regulatory and privacy issues, including government litigation

Required Qualifications

• J.D. or LL.B. with a license to practice in the United States and/or Canada
• Significant experience in government, in-house, or law firm settings
• Experience with regulatory matters and interactions with government agencies
• Familiarity with AI, privacy, and cybersecurity laws applicable to internet platforms is preferred
• Strong business judgment and relationship-building skills
