Associate General Counsel Regulatory and Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Regulatory and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with global, federal and state privacy and data protection laws
• Serve as the company's Data Protection Officer (DPO)
• Develop corporate-wide global compliance policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school and active Bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience with a focus on regulatory and compliance matters
• In-depth knowledge of US and foreign privacy and data protection frameworks
• Proficiency in export controls and sanctions regulations
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
