Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate General Customer Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with technology and Microsoft applications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience in a customer support center, preferably supporting business to business services or technology
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus
