Associate Grant Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate SCLF Officer to secure public and philanthropic funding for conservation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track funding opportunities from various agencies and foundations
• Develop competitive grant proposals and collaborate with program managers for accuracy
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and oversee stewardship of awarded grants

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant writing or institutional fundraising
• Strong understanding of funding structures and programs at state/local levels
• Knowledge of forestry, conservation, or related issues at a local/regional level
• Experience with grant compliance and budget development
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
