Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Helpdesk Consultant to provide technical support for key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary support contact for end users, delivering timely and professional assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user issues across the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Accurately document incidents and resolutions to support operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows OS, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Familiarity with basic Intune device management and endpoint troubleshooting
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in ticketing systems and structured support environments
