Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Helpdesk Consultant to provide technical support for key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support contact for end users, delivering timely and professional assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve common end-user issues across the Microsoft ecosystem
- Accurately document incidents and resolutions to support operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows OS, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Familiarity with basic Intune device management and endpoint troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working in ticketing systems and structured support environments
