Job Summary
Supporting strategic HR initiatives, the full-time Associate HR Business Partner will manage partnerships with business units in the Midwest, focusing on talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational effectiveness while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop effective HR strategies for designated business units, emphasizing labor, diversity, and employee engagement
- Assess talent requirements and create active succession plans aligned with business needs
- Facilitate change management activities and provide specialized consultation to enhance organizational capabilities
Required qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
