Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to front line leaders on HR-related issues
- Partner in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Consult with talent acquisition on strategies to support departmental labor demand models
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and advanced degrees in human resources, organizational leadership, or related field
- 4 years of HR experience preferably in an HR business advisor role
- Working knowledge of various HR disciplines such as employee relations, compensation, and performance management
- Effective communicator with strong professional and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and accuracy
