Associate HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to provide professional Human Resources services and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders on HR policies, training needs, and employee relations
• Partner with HRBPs to deliver HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and reporting
• Champion the creation and improvement of HR processes and provide training to leaders on HR-related activities

Required Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of Human Resources experience, including talent acquisition and employee relations
• Relevant industry experience preferred
• Experience in a matrix environment is strongly preferred
• SPHR or PHR certification (or SHRM equivalent) preferred
• Six Sigma certifications (Green or Black belt) preferred
