Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to HRBP work
• Demonstrated fluency in AI tools and their application in HR processes
• Versatility in various HR functions, including performance management and employee relations
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
