Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to support day-to-day people operations and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle updates
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee relations concerns and conduct initial investigations
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and support organizational changes
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HRBP role
  • Experience handling employee relations issues and understanding of HR processes
  • Strong understanding of employment law fundamentals
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
