Associate HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Workforce & Performance Business Partners in executing workforce initiatives and daily business activities
• Manage the execution of organizational changes, employee moves, and related workforce actions
• Coordinate processes with Workforce & Performance Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate and efficient execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
• 4+ years of proven Human Resources experience in HR Business Partner or HR Operations roles
• Hands-on experience with employee lifecycle support and HR operations
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
