Job Summary
To support a diverse and inclusive workforce, the remote Associate HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, assist in talent acquisition, and facilitate training and development initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR roles, particularly in employee relations and recruitment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
- Strong organizational and project management skills
