Associate HR Business Partner

Job Summary

To support a diverse and inclusive workforce, the remote Associate HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, assist in talent acquisition, and facilitate training and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR roles, particularly in employee relations and recruitment
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
