Associate HR Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to support their Care team and drive business objectives through exceptional people practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Care team leaders to develop and execute talent and workforce plans
• Provide employee relations support and administer leave programs
• Identify trends in data sets and implement improvements for Care team processes

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of HR Business Partner experience or relevant work experience
• Experience supporting high volume and large non-exempt teams
• Strong understanding of employee relations and leaves of absence
• Ability to support a fast-paced, remote-first distributed workforce
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
