Associate HR Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Human Resources Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement staffing and recruitment strategies
• Manage HR mechanics and processes, including payroll and HR systems
• Lead performance management and employee relations efforts

Required Qualifications:

• At least seven years of HR experience
• Experience in staffing/recruitment and HR information systems
• Experience with employee relations and conducting internal investigations
• HR Certification preferred
• Experience working in union environments
