Associate HR Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate HR Director to build strategic partnerships and implement impactful HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the People Team and Business Unit managers to ensure consistent HR practices
• Promote positive employee relations by facilitating conflict resolution and investigating misconduct
• Provide strategic consultation on organizational structure and assist in developing job descriptions and compensation practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a complex environment
• Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations and performance management
• Experience consulting with senior managers to develop and implement HR strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office for report construction and data analysis
• Ability to travel and work non-standard hours as needed
