Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of HR experience in a complex environment
• Experience supervising an HR team in areas such as employee relations and performance management
• Experience consulting with senior managers on people strategies and initiatives
• Experience investigating employee relations concerns and influencing conflict resolution
• Proficiency in MS Office software for report construction and data analysis
